We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The product affects the second sale, the product has obvious scratches, dirt, and the product is damaged, and it cannot be returned.
Return logistics cost
If you return it without any reason, the courier fee will be borne by you, and if it is a quality problem, the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days of your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.
